GUSTAF SON SITE PLAN

Jones Engineers performed initial topographic surveying for the purpose of site drainage design. Followed by construction and slope staking of drainage ditch and storm drain location.

OXY CORP SITE DESIGN

Jones Engineers performed full topographic surveying of 25 acres for the purpose of site drainage design. Survey included wetland mapping, and plat mapping.

Survey included boundary survey, topographic survey, and wetland mapping. Project included approximately 9.5 miles of section breakdown traversing, and S acres of wetland locating and mapping.

JEI is providing a complete survey package to complement the land planning and civil engineering for this 37 acre residential addition to the existing resort community of Semiahomoo in Blaine, Washington.

SILVER CREEK INDUSTRIAL PARK

Jones Engineers, Inc. completed the boundary survey and monumentation in conjunction with the binding site plan for the 20 acre Silver Creek Industrial Park. This property was bisected by a township line, and posed a cadastral research and boundary resolution challenge.

NORTHERN PADDEN REGIONAL WATER STUDY

MEADOW RIDGE PARK

JEI provided boundary and design data surveys for this 43 acre forested parcel in Bellingham, Washington. The survey project enabled rapid assessment of site conditions by the land planning and civil engineering team.

RESIDENTIAL LAND USE ANALYSIS

E8-E9 SUBDIVISION SURVEYS

The E8-E9 Subdivision is the last phase of the Cordata PUD in northern Bellingham. The subdivision is a mixed density residential project consisting of 428 units over 72 acres. Boundary, topographic and environmental surveys have been performed. Construction staking is on-going. As-build and supplementary design data surveys are also ongoing as each phase of the project is completed.
