Jones Engineers provides Structural and Site Engineering for this 125 unit mixed density subdivision located at the north end of Cordata Parkway in Bellingham Washington.

ALDERWOOD ELEMENTARY ADDITIONS 

Jones Engineers provided full structural engineering design for the renovations and additions to the SO year old elementary school. Additions included a new classroom wing, an expanded administration area and a free standing entry cover.

BROADWAY APARTMENTS 

Complete structural engineering for a four story wood framed U-shaped apartment building.

PEOPLES BANK MT. VERNON

Civil and Structural Engineering for a branch office of Peoples Bank in Mount Vernon, Washington. The office building is a combination of wood framing and steel moment resisting frame. The entry is circular in shape built with steel columns secured with steel ring beams.

BRUNHAVER CONDOMINIUMS 

Complete civil and structural engineering for a four story condominium building. The top three floors are built with wood framing, and the bottom story is an underground parking garage for the building tenants.

HOMESTEAD GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE

Complete structural engineering services for the 10,000 square foot 2nd story addition to the existing clubhouse in 1999 and the 4000 square foot addition for the restaurant and fitness center in 2005.

BAKERVIEW SQUARE

This project is an 8-building themed shopping center currently under construction in Bellingham, Washington. The buildings are built with CMU perimeter walls with light-gauge steel framed interior walls added as area separation for tenants.

ABSORPTION CORP

Structural engineering for a 125,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building in the Grandview Business park in Ferndale, Washington. The building is U-shaped and contains structural steel storage lofts and a CMU chemical room.
